Our Front Desk Agents provides excellent customer service to all members and guests, representing the Club with professionalism. Registers hotel guests, renders bills, receives cash and credits payments, handles phone calls, and processes incoming and outgoing mail.
This is a high visibility position that interacts daily with members, guests, employees, vendors, and various representatives from the community. Part of your job performance requires that you maintain a positive attitude and make a real commitment to competence, job knowledge, pride, professional appearance, courtesy, initiative, and excellence in customer service. You are expected to address issues with an attitude of cooperation and to resolve problems professionally.

The Spokane Club is the premier recreation and business club in the Inland Northwest. It was founded in 1890 and has over 2,400 active memberships representing about 6,500 individual members. The Spokane Club's Clubhouse is a 1910 historic landmark designed by the noted architect Kirtland Cutter, and its adjacent athletic facility includes racquet ball courts, pool, basketball courts, and a fitness facility. The Valley Clubs large athletic facility includes fitness, pool, and tennis leagues and tournaments. The club offers combined comprehensive amenities, including 44 hotel rooms, eight banquet rooms seating up to 225, 120-seat bistro style restaurant and bar, two deli/espresso bar cafes, child care and youth facilities, nine locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms, six indoor and four outdoor tennis courts, and five group exercise rooms.
