Delivers messages and valet (dry cleaning) to Guests' rooms. Posts daily events in the lobby as needed. Fosters good relations with, and provides the maximum level of quality service to, outside vendors such as car rental companies, taxi services, tour and travel companies, limo services, etc. Ensures all communication containing Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians; TEDA, Inc.; Black Oak Casino Resort and Guest information is consistent with privacy policies and procedures. Promptly reports any incident of Guest dissatisfaction or an unusual matter of significance to Manager/Supervisor.
