In this role, overseeing team members will serve as the face to face as voice of our company to explain how available benefits work and successfully promote our products and services. You will communicate and engage with customers in meaningful ways to increase our company's motto of helping people and giving back to the community.



We are looking for entry-level managerial roles that consist of arranging and accomplishing the company quota's on perfomance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Trainings and Presentations
  • Managing Execution of Sales goals
  • Tracking Team Performance, Schedules, Productivity
  • Organizing Daily Set-up and Break-Down of Production Supplies and Merchandise
  • Ensuring a High Level of Professionalism and Presentation
