Job Description

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company

  • Ensure accurate and timely filing for approximately 130 returns for non-US entities and preparation of country by country reporting,
  • Review Subpart F, GILTI and foreign tax credit calculation for year-end provision and tax return.
  • Prepare and maintain tax basis partnership capital accounts.
  • Oversee the gathering of data required to complete return.
  • Coordinate timing and inputs with tax team.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for tax return process improvement.
  • Review separate legal entity rate reconciliation and preparation of quarterly consolidated tax rate reconciliation.
  • Oversee the gathering of data to meet US / OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
  • Assist in legal entity rationalization/restructuring project.
  • Assist in implementing strategic tax planning for US International and transfer pricing, as needed.
  • Research tax questions to optimize tax information and minimize liability in conformance with laws.
  • Assist in implementing/maintaining effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments and assist in creating strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

  • International, corporate and partnership tax knowledge
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations and partnerships.
  • Experience with U.S. international reporting requirements.
  • Experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 12+ years of experience in a tax or public accountant role. Preferred candidates have a current CPA license or working towards a CPA license and a bachelor's degree in an accounting discipline.
  • Strong skills and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP, HFM, Corptax, and research tools.
