QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Strong knife handling skills Experience with ovens, grills, broilers, saute, fryers and other culinary instruments Knowledge of safe food handling Requires practical knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
