Job Description

  • A Qualified Executive Chef must have experience with both California Cuisine and Mexican Cuisine (Not Tex-Mex), full service, experience.
  • The right candidate for this job will also have the patience and desire to train a new staff for this new restaurant.
  • Duties will include but not be limited to creating the menu, recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available.
  • The Executive Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
