With the largest draft system in the state of Texas and one of the premier beer programs in the country, Bangers loves craft beer. With a newly constructed smokehouse which is home to Texas first whole hog BBQ, a small scale meat processing facility cranking out over 2,000lbs of sausage every week, Bangers loves meat! And with over 500 seats, a bar that fits over 700 and an overall facility that allows us to accommodate private parties of up to 1,800 people Bangers loves to serve. Here is a basic breakdown of what the job entails:Ensure quality of all products leaving the kitchen is up to our standards (taste and temp, adjust as needed).Check daily station par/prep lists and stock station accordingly.Fill out Daily Waste Log as needed (everything spilled or thrown out).Fill out Daily Refrigeration Log (once per shift: at the beginning of an opening shift; the end of a closing shift).Maintain cleanliness and organization on your station as well as the rest of the line throughout your shift.Establish and maintain open lines of communication with expo and teammates.Contribute to the maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and consolidation of product in all common work-areas throughout the kitchen (walk-in, prep area, expo line, etc.).Change Sanitation buckets every 2 hours or as needed.Change trash can liners as needed throughout the shift and again at shift change/end of service.Show teamwork with the kitchen staff and productive throughout shift..Bangers is dedicated to creating a wonderful work environment.
