Manages all aspects of meal time preparation, service and the overall efficiency of the Kitchen, Restaurant, Cafe and Catering. Responsible for overall supervision of all Dining Managers & Trainers, Restaurant Staff, Utility Staff, Chef & Culinary Staff (including training, evaluating, disciplining and developing).
