You are the very first and very last impression of our guests dining experience and the control center to our daily services. You are responsible for coordinating the activities of the dining room which; in turn, results in the organization and ebb and flow of both the service and the kitchen. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them as the appropriate table. Maintains clean and organized restaurant lobby area. Monitor the wait list and assist the guest with wait times and escort the guests to their tables once it is ready. Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 25 pounds. A valid food handlers card.
