In this role you will directly oversee a team of 12 culinary professionals, responsible for preparing 3 meals/day out of 2 kitchens for patient room service as well as provide food service for internal catering and the cafeteria. The Manager will work approximately 9am-7pm, and the closing shift (to 8:30pm) every other Wednesday and every other weekend.
