We seek a strong culinary candidate to work closely with the Executive Sous and Executive Chef to lead the Banquets team of 12 at a wonderful hotel in Wisconsin. The property sees 60+ weddings annually plus hosts mulitple galas for this lovely community in around 20,000 sf of meeting space . Banquet revenue is $5.4M. Salary is $60K.
