We are looking for an Inspirational General Manager who will be responsible for:

• Directing daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
• Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
• Fostering a positive work environment and developing staff to their full potential
• Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
• Applying thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures and practices
• Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
• Developing trust among team members by demonstrating integrity, discretion and fairness
• Inspiring and motivating the team to improve
• Listening to their team and encouraging feedback

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent preferred; high school or GED required
• 3 Years minimum front-of-the-house operations in assistant management or general manager positions
• Possess basic math and accounting kills
• Must have own reliable vehicle and good driving record
• Excellent communication and people skills
