RESPONSIBILITIES: Food Safety Responsibilities: Monitors the Food Safety programs relating to the processing operations. Coordinates the Environmental Pathogen Monitoring sampling program. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least one to three years' experience in meat or food industry is desirable, but not required.
