DEFINITION Under general supervision, to maintain food service facilities and equipment in a neat, clean, safe and sanitary condition; to prepare, serve and sell foods and snacks; to assist in the cleaning of the kitchen and serving areas, utensils and equipment; and to do other related work as required.
