ASM Global has an excellent and immediate opening for a Food & Beverage Coordinator at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. The Food and Beverage Coordinator reports to the Director of Food and Beverage. Primary responsibilities include financial reporting, inventory reporting, pay log processing, permit/record management, and Non-profit organization recruiting for concessions operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact and recruit Non-profit organizations to support concession operations for the venue. Reconcile non-profit commissions and ensures accounting receives proper paperwork. Responsible for daily sales reporting including reconciling events and building event flash reports. Collects necessary paperwork from department managers and is responsible for their reporting accuracy to Finance. Coordinate with peer management to order and receive goods and ensure order agrees to receiving report. Enter and maintain data in purchasing system. Attend in-house event-related meetings. Responsible for logging invoices and ensuring that they are coded correctly and turned into accounting. Completes all required reports in a timely manner for Finance Department to review. Maintain tax filings, health permit renewals and liquor license renewals. Abides by all ASM GLOBAL policies in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual, the Business Code of Conduct, and the Cash Handling Procedures. Efficiently and accurately completes assigned paperwork. Ensure compliance with all Savor F&B policies and procedures. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments). This position requires the ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility. Results oriented individual. Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks independently with little to no supervision. Excellent computer skills to include Excel and Word Able to work irregular hours as dictated by event schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires minimal stooping and lifting. Substantial walking and manual dexterity to operate office equipment such as a computer is required Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results. Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Hospitality and/or relevant venue experience preferred.
