We started in Arizona in 1990, providing housekeeping and stewarding services to resorts and country clubs and we have since grown to a menu of services that include landscaping, engineering and turnkey managed services. We are looking for an experienced Regional Director for our locations throughout Arizona with a strong background in hospitality/food and beverage/property maintenance/ and a verifiable background in account management, business development, operations management, and customer relations. Responsibilities Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.) Determine company's strategic growth and execute growth initiatives. Ensure high quality service levels and strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Schedule typically requires hours of about 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in property management, sales and/or management in the hospitality industry, negotiating vendor and client contracts, team management or a related field. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is preferred.
