Rucker Restaurants Holdings LLC, franchisee of Jack In The Box has a Field Training Specialist opening for our Austin Market. In this job, you will be responsible for delivering and facilitating Training and management development programs. The Field Training Specialist will consult to performance, procedures, policies and initiatives to drive guest service performance and sales probability.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates, develops and conducts training workshops or other learning events with energy and inspiration to engage all audiences
  • Drives a culture of high performance and accountability, using an open/honest dialogue and demonstrates and values our company mission
  • Ability to think strategically about future and development needs and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Measures and assesses staff training needs at the restaurant and area level
  • Provides feedback on classroom trends and trainee's performance
  • Maintains current knowledge of restaurant operations and systems, including new and /or upgraded systems, policies and procedures, new products and initiatives in order to serve as a credible training consultant
  • Be a brand ambassador of Jack in the Box and demonstrates good communication and leadership at all levels
  • Develops learning curriculum to enhance our leadership framework
  • Works with DM, Managers and teams to assess training need and assist with individualized training and development plans
  • Monitor and track training program performance and success


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Behavior Preferably


Experience:

  • Restaurant experience (preferably QSR)
  • Familiar with Franchise Model Concepts
  • Three/four years of related training and facilitation experience
  • Thorough knowledge of adult learning techniques, performance consulting and coaching techniques
  • Experience with public speaking and presentation delivery
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel as business requires. Ability to spend time visiting restaurants 60-70%

Of time

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends/nights and holidays as business requires
  • Must pass background check
  • Must possess valid driver's license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
