Job Description

SEARCHING TO FILL POSITION IN MULTIPLE STATES:


Brand Managers are crucial team members that ensures national and local Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC (KK) initiatives and brand standards are effectively implemented within their geographical area. They are a vital link, confirming that KK guests consistently receive prompt friendly service; fresh, premium and competitively priced KK products. Educates and develops business partners with the implemention of KK program, ensures profitable sales growth of KK branded products while safeguarding brand consistency and integrity.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead, consult, and influence KK store operators to develop, update and execute operational, marketing plans and strategies, including merchandising, fresh food concepts, guest experience and brand standards
  • Monitor and ensure accountability for all aspects of KK operations, providing advice, coaching and assistance to store management and owners
  • Assume leadership in growing new and same store sales of the KK Brand, within their geographical area
  • Evaluate KK customers sales mix and utilization of KK branded items
  • Solve practical challenges and identify a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization may exist
  • Ensure key processes and plans are in place through monthly store visits, store evaluations and data analysis
  • Document brand standards and submit reports to management each week
  • Effectively Implement product line conversion processes by working with KK customers and KK Marketing Partner
  • Function as a KK team member, cross train as required, perform other functions as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred and/or requisite industry management experience is required
  • Three to five years of operational management experience or two plus years of successful multi-unit management experience in a retail and/or foodservice environment
  • Proven ability to work with and influence KK operators, peers and senior management
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills
  • Proven prioritization, presentation, time management, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills
  • Critical perspective and observation of store; marketing, merchandising and brand integrity
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, gMail & Internet applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Overnight and daily travel is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Acts in an ethical manner at all times
