Assistant VP of HR - Manufacturing - Succession Planning to VP-HR

$150-200k plus bonus

Bell & Associates, Inc. has been retained to recruit our client's next Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. This role will lead HR operations for the plant and is viewed as succession planning to the VP-HR.


  • Duties include broad oversight of entire Company HR functions, providing direction, counsel, and strategy to HR senior staff.
  • Reports to VP of Human Resources and is the key role for succession planning.
  • Member of Senior Management team of the Company.
  • Will lead the development and execution of Administrative Policy, Company Communications/Social Media, Health Services, HR Regulatory, EEOC Compliance and governance of EE staff of 2,800.
  • The role will provide support and leadership to HR recruiting, orientation, training, retention and recognition teams.
  • This person will enhance HR team building, connectivity, and organizational professionalism and accountability for the department.


Candidates must have strong manufacturing experience and employee relations. Labor would be a plus.

  • A four-year degree in Industrial Relations or Business Management.
  • 10+ years' experience in an administrative role and knowledge of employment laws.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Speaks / Reads Spanish, Burmese or Hakha Chin language a plus.
