As part of this growth, we are searching for a new member to join our team as the Plant Systems and IT Support Manager at our Millsboro, DE location. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and mature IT service delivery processes, including establishing tracking and reporting of service metrics and success measures
  • Leverage data and metrics to ensure support services response and quality meets or exceeds expectations
  • Collaborate to create, maintain, and implement process documents, IT policies, and help-related materials for users on a regular basis
  • Establish clear goals and performance objectives that are aligned to the team's vision, strategic direction, and organizations mission. Inspire and drive operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with IT Leadership regarding service delivery strategy, initiatives, performance, and opportunities
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and leadership to the Support Team that reflects commitment to highly effective and efficient services and support
  • Build a culture around dedication to providing an amazing experience that exceeds our customers' expectations
  • Coordinate computer hardware & software and equipment acquisition, installation, and maintenance; maintain up-to-date and comprehensive hardware/software inventory
  • Deploy and Patch applications and operating systems using Patch Management platforms
  • Deploy and Manage Endpoint security applications and Vulnerability scanning platforms
  • Support and maintain all desktop and shop floor endpoint devices


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Three or more years of supervisory and/or project management experience
  • Five or more years of experience working with information technology systems
  • Experience leading teams and a passion for developing people
  • Strong technical expertise in one or more IT related fields including networking, system administration, endpoint management, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based ITSM solutions
  • Familiarity with IT asset management practices
  • Experience with desktop imaging and deployment technologies
  • Patch Management experience
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM preferred
