Job Description

The Sr. Manager position, responsible for shaping the operations strategy for 7,000+ restaurants with the goal of improving guest satisfaction in our restaurants. The position will be managing one direct report to generate insights, produce recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses in support of This position is in Miami, FL.


· Synthesize complex data and analysis to solve complex problems

· Create strategy for operations team based on data analysis

· Apply existing and new solutions in creative ways to address complex issues and problems

· Coordinate third party and field resources to deliver perfect execution of projects

· Ensure projects are delivered on-time, meeting deliverables

· Collaborate with analytics team to optimize current reporting tools and processes to ensure accuracy and reduce the time required to generate reports

· Bi-weekly checkpoints with executive team


· Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

· 2 to 5 years of prior work experience in business analytics, engineering, or related analytical field

· 1 to 2 years of Project Management Experience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Experience with other software development tools, such as Tableau, is desired but not essential

· Personal time management skills are essential to deliver assigned projects

· Strong communication skills are needed

· Self-starter and data-driven (ability to create advanced analytics)

· Openness to work in and support Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
