31st Union, a restaurant located in downtown San Mateo serving Farm-to-Table, California seasonal comfort food. We are looking for qualified applicants for the position of Line Cook.
Line Cook - QUALIFICATIONS
~Days Available : 3-5 days (Full or Part Time) Must be able to work Sat/Sun Brunch (8:30am-2/3:00pm) and or nights Tuesday-Saturday 3:30pm-9:30pm.
~At least 1 year of experience
~Proficient knife skills, and understanding of how to read and execute a recipe
~Responsible for setting up, organizing, cleaning, sanitizing their stations and the kitchen
~Must have a team oriented attitude, the ability to communicate well with coworkers
~Must have experience in a full service restaurant
~Basic understanding of English
- Learn how to break down fish/meat, create fresh daily baked breads, etc from your kitchen team and Executive Chef. Grow with our team today!!!
- Pay : Hourly - $19/$20
