QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age is 18 Supervisory experience in a Full Service Restaurant/banquet/mass feeding settings Must be able to work holidays and weekends High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid NYS motor vehicle operator's license Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude Team player Organized and detail oriented Good communication skills, both written and oral Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient and cost-effective manner and without direct supervision Food Safety course is a plus Alcohol serving awareness course is a plus OTHER FUNCTIONS: Any and all other duties that is assigned or necessary in order to support the Revenue Department and the park as a whole.
