PERFORMANCE MEASURES Positive sales growth Guests are happy & there are no complaints Guest comment ratings of 5 You develop 1:1 relationship with guests so well they asked to be seated in your section REQUIRED EDUCATION & LICENSING/CERTICATION Silver Diner values education from on-the-job learning demonstrated through consistent career growth as well as formal education. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum: 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender is preferred.
