Verdigris Restaurant on NE Fremont St. is looking for a Lead Line Cook. We are a small, busy French inspired full service restaurant open 7 Days a week for dinner and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The right candidate is trustworthy, calm, reliable ankd willing to learn. This person will also need to be proficient in most of these skills: butchering, bread making, pasta production, charcuterie production, pastry, ordering and receiving.
