Job Description

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONProcesses all catering orders dailyFollow up and handles all the catered client's feedbacks and complaintsDevelops relationships with current and potential catering clients that facilitate growth of catering salesSharing ideas with the Director of Operations with the growth sales in the defined region or account base in accordance with sales goalsMaintains a client database, including client history and salesCommunicates regularly with Director of Operation as to client needs and opportunitiesRepresents the brand and reputation of California Chicken Café's to potential and existing catering prospects, vendors, etc.Work with POS and catering softwareThere is primarily no travel for this position but some local travel is expected when neededBRIEF JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 years of catering sales experience preferredRestaurant or hospitality industry experience preferredExperience in knowledge in POS and catering software is plusExcellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentationProven ability to manage time / priorities to maximize effectivenessCompetent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
