More than that, it is a place that accentuates for each and every customer the potential magic that's possible when people reconnect around food and drinks in the kitchen--a new food experience that allows customers to participate, learn, and share together--as cooks, as students, and of course, as diners.Uncorked Kitchen is hiring a Wine Bar Manager who must be able to deliver an exceptional wine bar experience, supervise our Cellar Room events, all while providing an entertaining, educational, and completely unique experience that allows our customers to participate, learn, and share together. We feature a unique and fun wine list, Colorado craft beers, and Colorado spirits. Have you ever wanted to run your own place but did not want to take the risk? Provide exceptional guest service, including handling complaints or issues Hire, schedule and develop Staff Manage Wine, beer, and liquor list and constantly rotate offerings Maintain a very positive relationship with vendors and suppliers Manage inventory and place orders as needed Provide daily reporting to owners on sales, staffing and overall performance Desire to help with marketing and utilize customer feedback to help develop programs to build on the interactive element within the wine bar.Experience: 2+ years' experience in the service industry (in a fine dining environment, preferred). Sommelier certification is a plus Cocktail making background (unique and innovative) Experience with marketing and interest in building a strong repeat customer base. Must be able to handle fast-pace and high volume environment Current Food Handling and alcohol service certificate Nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts and a stable work history a must Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
