Provide exceptional guest service, including handling complaints or issues Hire, schedule and develop Staff Manage Wine, beer, and liquor list and constantly rotate offerings Maintain a very positive relationship with vendors and suppliers Manage inventory and place orders as needed Provide daily reporting to owners on sales, staffing and overall performance Desire to help with marketing and utilize customer feedback to help develop programs to build on the interactive element within the wine bar.Experience: 2+ years' experience in the service industry (in a fine dining environment, preferred). Sommelier certification is a plus Cocktail making background (unique and innovative) Experience with marketing and interest in building a strong repeat customer base. Must be able to handle fast-pace and high volume environment Current Food Handling and alcohol service certificate Nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts and a stable work history a must Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
