We are looking for an individual who has strong computer and English writing skills, who excels in using Microsoft Software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Supervisory experience managing multiple people is an essential qualification. HACCP certification, as well as experience with personnel safety and training management, food safety and compliance, and quality assurance are also essential to this position. Food and/or Bakery experience is also an important factor for this position. Bi-lingual speakers are preferred.
Since this position supports coverage and project needs of the Production area, work days will be determined based on weekly needs. Starting times will be discussed during the job interviews. Flexibility in starting times and workdays are also necessary during holiday weeks and when absences occur within the department.
Work hours are expected to average about 40-45 hours per week.
