Reports to: Directly: Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager

Position Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior service
to our guests and clients. Duties include safely and efficiently directing
guest vehicles while following company service standards. This is a guest service
position that requires running/jogging/walking to direct guests? vehicles and
luggage, proper key handling and safe/efficient parking/retrieval of vehicles, and being
of assistance to all site guests, clients, and patrons of each facility we operate at.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Able to perform PMC guest service standards with each guest
  • Able to meet PMC grooming and uniform requirements
  • Properly complete vehicle damage survey, and parking location on each claim ticket
  • Effectively uses safety precautions to eliminate potential injuries from occurring
  • Effectively, efficiently, and safely park guest vehicles
  • Practice proper and safe key handling and retrieval of guest vehicles
  • Follow proper attendance and timekeeping processes, including clocking in / out for shifts and breaks, and tip reporting tips
  • Attend required staff meetings; complete required training modules in a timely manner
  • Use and maintain needed equipment and supplies, as issued by PMC
  • Maintain a work-friendly atmosphere and a team environment
  • Keep valet area clean and professional at all times
  • Maintain a high level of communication and a high level of guest service for all patrons and clients
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve guest issues proactively or in a timely manner
  • Maintain personal and vehicle safety precautions at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager
Basic Requirements of Position:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each requirement
satisfactorily.

  1. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle preferred
  2. Able to meet PMC grooming and uniform requirements
  3. Ability to run or jog to retrieve vehicles many times during a shift
  4. Ability to handle (up to 50 lbs.) of luggage
  5. Clean, professional, uniform appearance
  6. Enjoy interacting with the public and offering assistance to everyone
  7. Working outside regardless of weather conditions
  8. Ability to perform lifting, bending and standing throughout shift
  9. Ability to safely drive and park vehicles of different sizes, makes, and models
  10. Must be knowledgeable of account location(s), and approved parking areas
  11. Must understand, follow, and uphold Company policies and procedures

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Customer service experience
preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, associates are is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. Associates are frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions. The work environment can be noisy and will be surrounded by moving vehicles driven by employees and the general public.

Physical Demands:
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. Associates must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
  • Standing for up to 8 hours at a time and running to and from vehicles and parking areas multiple times during a shift to retrieve cars.
  • Associates are required to verbally communicate, as well as have the ability to hear clearly in often noisy and busy environments.
