My client is looking for a Marketing and Sales Analayst in Downers Grove, IL. This is full time role
Description: The Marketing and Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of marketing and sales data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. The Analyst will manage list compilation and post-campaign data analysis of A&K's direct marketing campaigns. The Analyst will support the sales team with reporting on the travel agent business channel. The Analyst will present findings and recommendations to key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Establish success targets for marketing campaigns (response rates, sales conversion and ROI). • Execute audience segmentation, list generation, and back-end analysis of direct mail initiatives. • Produce data-driven insights, both ad hoc and as required by the business on a monthly basis. • Create standardized and customized reports for consortia/sales partners on a monthly basis. • Manage annual travel agent overrides and forecasting. • Responsible for competitor research and comparisons to inform marketing strategy. • Other duties, as assigned by Director, Marketing. Skills and Abilities • Advanced skills in MS Access and Excel required. • Experience/understanding of custom databases required.

Education and Experience • BA/BS degree required; academic background in marketing, business, or related field. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role, with an emphasis on marketing campaign or sales analysis.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Agile practical usage; 3+ years preferred.
