Homestead is an owner operated, community restaurant located on Piedmont Ave. We are currently conducting interviews for front of the house positions.
Qualified applicants should possess the following qualities:
An understanding of the differences between service and hospitality. A reverence for ingredients and those who created and prepared them. A background in wine that allows the applicant to create a connection between our wine program and our menu. The willingness to seek transparency and cohesion amongst coworkers. An ability to work in a fast paced environment, while exhibiting poise and professionalism. Homestead is a tip-free work environment, allowing us to pay equitably all of our employees across each department. We pay a competitive hourly wage dependent on experience as well as tenure.
