Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong business relationships with leadership team and collaborates to proactively identify gaps, propose solutions and implement changes with a focus on recruitment, retention and employee development
  • Leads the roll out, facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, Target Setting and Engagement Action Planning
  • Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics
  • Partners with clients to define and design optimal org structure
  • Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiative
  • Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group
  • Partners with Comp Execution to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups
  • Responsible for evaluating and suggesting new or changes to existing HR-related plans, policies, procedures or processes
  • Manages employee relations for assigned client groups


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment and labor laws
  • Skilled in dealing with conflicts, confrontations, and disagreements in a positive manner
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
