Looking for an experienced expo to work at our japanese izakaya in Venice. Ideal candidate needs to feel comfortable under pressure and have a healthy appetite for busy kitchen operations. We use a ticketless system so expo position is critical for overall kitchen and dining room flow. There is some light kitchen prep and knife work responsibilities as well as plating and quality control of finished dishes.
Really fun engaging position for the right candidate. MTN has a great hands on chef team and very cooperative kitchen staff which results in a tight nit, family dynamic, so we are looking for just the right personality to join the team.
Compensation depending on experience with a portion of the service charge going to expo. Mostly night shifts but some daytime. Full schedule availability is a must.
