S/he has experience in top-rated restaurants, a strong understanding of restaurant planning, daily operations, motivation and interest in wine and food, excellent client relations, comfort leading shift service, and more. The position requires involvement in all facets of restaurant operations, including management of operations, relationships and new business, profit generation, service training and development, and software proficiency in Open Table, Restaurant POS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Maintenance and implementation of staff and process guides
• Enforcement of staff and Human Resource requirements to ensure a successful, positive and motivated work environment
