Job Description

The Travel Software Administrator ​​is responsible for administrative support of ATG's travel tools, working closely with vendors, internal, and external clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Configures and maintains multiple Online Booking (On­Demand) Tools such as Concur, Get There and Cytric

  • Knowledge of Amadeus Travel System a MUST
  • Knowledge of Amadeus of Smartflows and SmartKeys a MUST

● Consults with internal and external clients on product capabilities and functionalities

● Integrates the On­Demand tools with other third party products

● Supports the On­Demand tools thru troubleshooting and working support tickets

● Conducts training and sales demonstrations of the On­Demand tools as well as sales demonstrations (potential for travel)

● Communicate all issues, problems and changes to the appropriate party

● Provide 2nd​​ level support to help desk team members

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's Degree (or working towards degree) - technical related preferred

● Software administration ­ knowledge of concepts experience

○ Concur, Amadeus, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) experience a MUST

● Experience working with and building complex spreadsheets

● Support ticket system experience a plus

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED SKILLS)

● Excellent troubleshooting skills

● Attention to detail

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work independently with initiative and organization.

● Ability to present in a group setting to clients
