As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive growth in overall revenue by researching, qualifying, and setting appointments with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities: Qualifying leads via light on-line research, follow up on marketing campaign interactions and outbound calls to prospect on assigned prospects lists Appointment setting via email and/or phone. Preparation of call notes to share with outside Sales Executives to better prepare them for the face to face visit Providing input and feedback on talk tracks and approaches that are successfully leading the set appointments Administrative activities - tracking calls and other prospecting activities in the CRM system
What skills will make you successful? Excellent communication skills - ability and willingness to talk to prospective clients and sales people via phone calls and emails 90% of the time. Strong listening and probing skills to identify business needs, desires and opportunities Passion and perseverance for new business Computer literate - internet navigation, Outlook, and Word Strong Data Entry Skills Strong time management and organization skills - ability to work with the schedules of multiple sales people and prospective Customers. Computer skills - Lead management software (Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com, Microsoft office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) Ability to prioritize own schedule to stay on task and meet daily goals/commitments
Education & Experience: BS/BA preferred Background in Customer Service, Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales 1+ years of experience in an Inside Sales capacity
