The Warehouse Manager is responsible for determining quantities of food, beverage and related products required to adequately stock commissary and purchase products on behalf of the company. Specifically:

  • Oversee supervision of commissary employees, including hiring, scheduling, and training on policies, procedures, duties and activities.
  • Purchase, receive and distribute food and beverage, verifying receiving slips and forwarding invoices; complete timely and accurate bi-monthly inventory.
  • Issue product to stands; ensure correct stock has been delivered.
  • Ensure product quality; control costs.
  • Keep abreast of sanitation laws; ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions.

We are seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of food service experience. Previous experience with inventory distribution and control. Familiar with purchasing and sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment. Experience with inventory software preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills and customer service skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
