We are seeking a General Manager at Roam Artisan Burgers in the San Francisco Bay Area with a strong customer service background and high-volume restaurant experience. As a growing restaurant group, this is an exciting opportunity to join our management team.
JOB SUMMARYThe General Manager is a key team member and representative of the restaurant and the brand. The primary responsibilities of the Manager are to:a) Ensure guest satisfaction through recruiting, hiring, and training team members to successfully carry out policies and proceduresb) Contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by effectively managing labor and inventoryc) Maintain and monitor the facility
