We have been in business over 31 years, currently have 18 locations in 5 states, and are looking for additional corporate support to help us double the size of the Company in the next 5 to 7 years.We require strong fine dining food & beverage experience with a focus on guest service.
Requirements3-5 years experience as a regional, district, or area chef in high-volume fine dining restaurantsProficient skills in planning, strategizing, and time managementProven ability to train and develop managers through mentoring, coaching, etc…Strong cost-controls, financial and P&L accountabilityWritten and verbal communication skillsPassion for people and serviceExcellent leadershipDetail orientedAbility to travel frequently
