This position is based out of our Breckenridge office. The sales center is responsible for managing reservations for AVA Rafting & Zip Line / Peak 1 Express. You will be working directly with the Operations Mangers at each of our 5 outposts to ensure a smooth experience for guests and agents. Job Responsibilities:Schedule and manage sales staffManage sales supervisorsCommunicate hiring/staffing needsAttend ScrumWork with OperationsManage InventoryHandle partner bookings (putting them into our sales software, confirming with the partner)Respond to guest complaints whether they arrive by phone, by email, or by WufooRespond to charge backsAssist sales supervisors with everything (MOD, taking calls, groups, inventory/minimums)Batch issuesCommissions/billing in conjunction with sales supervisors and the Finance ManagerSupply orderingManage phones: forwarding, schedules, troubleshootingManage kiosk: staffing, setup, equipment, billing
