Manager Training Program:

We believe thorough training is the key to developing our restaurant managers to grow and succeed. Our comprehensive and paid, 22-week Manager Training Program includes 12 weeks of front-of-house training followed by 10 weeks of kitchen training. This program will ensure that you are prepared to manage all facets of the restaurant. From the kitchen to the dining room, from guest relations to carry-out and delivery, you will learn how to oversee all areas of your restaurant while serving as a role model for your staff.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Recognizing potential when on-boarding and developing existing team members by inspiring a culture around growth
  • Demonstrating excellent hospitality while anticipating and addressing customer needs
  • Creating a collaborative work culture between management and the entire team
  • Handling difficult employee issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups and terminations
  • Assuming direct responsibility for financial performance and profit and taking appropriate corrective actions when needed
