Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible of the day to day operations of a fast paced dining establishment, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficeintly. You should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. ResponsibilitiesKeep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenuesOverseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality diningCalculating future needs in kitchenware and food and placing orders, as neededSupervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
QualificationsMinimum high school education or equivalentWork experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industryCustomer service attitudeAvailability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)Communication and team management abilities
