Job Description

Executive Chef is responsible for the complete execution of a daily lunch for between 50-60 people that opt in to the program. Core Responsibilities:- shopping or ordering all ingredients and maintaining inventory of ingredients per needs.- preparation of daily meal- accommodating light food restrictions (vegetarian, dairy free, etc)- delivering meal from kitchen space to office- set up on site and service of lunch to staff- packing and storing leftovers- maintaining inventory of service items (plates, to go boxes)- light cleanup of space- maintaining budget (slightly adjust based on number of staff members in lunch program)- maintaining receipts from purchases.- maintaining payment of accounts where applicable.Qualifications Experience: 5 or more years of experience with demonstrated ability to complete a wide range of meals and menus independently.Candidates must be able to have a space in which to prepare all meals and MA can work with you to manage this process.
