Ensure compliance with all food safety & sanitation guidelines. ? Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards, always rotate product ? Ensure high-quality customer service i.e. fast, friendly, personalized service. Answering questions, resolving complaints, and working at all times to exceed expectations of the customer. ? Housekeeping duties, including routinely cleaning the front of house, floors, sinks, and wash dishes ? Must be able to comprehend written instructions for equipment operation, chemical supplies, safety instruction, policies and guidelines ? Assist with putting away weekly orders and maintain proper rotation of inventories ? Ability to multi task and problem solve ? Inform manager of any operational inconsistencies ? Operate a motor vehicle ?
