Job Description

CUBS Administrator

The CUBS Administrator acts efficiently and effectively in ensuring the success of the it department in the following areas:

? ????????? Assist IT Director in overseeing current project development

? ????????? Keep IT Director informed of any CUBS system issues or developments that impact system performance

? ????????? Work with vendors on project involving system updates or custom programming.

? ????????? Assist in monitoring off-shore processes related to CUBS functions

? ????????? Create new high-level CUBS reports?

? ????????? Train staff on CUBS applications and procedures

? ????????? Work with operations to create and maintain account flow strategies

? ????????? Manage letter process including creation, testing and documenting

? ????????? Assist with dialer campaign build with operations and dialer administrator. ?Act as dialer backup if needed

? ????????? Assist with financial program implementations and configuration (Payment Vision, autopost, reporting)

? ????????? Write scripts and routines to automate tasks

? ????????? Document CUBS system changes to programs and applications

? ????????? Manage Helpdesk application by assisting in task assignment

? ????????? Assist with user login modifications, additions and removals in CUBS and unix

? ????????? Maintain existing Procs, Paragraphs and scripts that relate to CUBS procedures

? ????????? Monitor and archive CUBS system logs for compliance

? ????????? Coordinate file exchanges between inter-office staff, clients, and vendors including new data imports

? ?????????? Thorough knowledge of various systems: ? The Collector System, ftp clients, pgp, Jbase,etc.

? ?????????? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financials , and legal documents

? ?????????? Ability to work with mathematical concepts

? ?????????? Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

? ?????????? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Education Requirements:

? ?????????? Minimum Education:?? Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
