I am hosting a two day private family event at my home. I am a artiasn baker and a excellent chef myself who also has produced food shows. This is for a Jewish holiday called Sukkot at my home for a meal for 10 adults and 10 children.My home is kosher. I buy all ingredients. No dairy is used in any recipe. Am looking for food that is light. By that I mean no heavy sauces or oily (unless fried).I am open to Italian .(My specialty is Moroccan. ) I may make a cous cous for one meal with a tagine .But would want all extras.This will be 2 lunches and 2 dinners. Must be easy to work with and have a server.Will use disposables except for wine glasses and serving pieces.
