Throughout your internship you will learn more about key functions of the Food and Beverage Warehouse, such as, audits, requisitions, inventory procedures, purchase orders, invoicing, record keeping, software integration, receiving, order fulfillment, schematics, distribution, equipment, and warehouse operations. Mandatory completion of basic food safety and sanitation training provided by the division. Mandatory ServSafe Food and ServSafe Alcohol course completion and certification.
