Operates equipment, including vacuum cleaners, radio, phone, mop and broom. When needed, makes up rooms. Follows all necessary safety procedures including Blood Borne Pathogens and Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to identify and report safety concerns or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling. Adheres to departmental and company policies. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Perform duties with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment including carpet/floor care.
