Responsible for leading and developing the Front of House and Back of House Supervision to ensure their goals and daily functions are met. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all operations and make certain that; they are open on time, equipped properly, and that the restaurant is properly staffed to produce a quality product. Develop and encourage high team member morale and communication between team members. Analyze daily reports (POS System) to assure that all goals are being met and no discrepancies exist. Interact with guests and assure that all problems are resolved quickly, log and report necessary complaints to Food and Beverage Manager. Coordinate daily ordering with Unit Leads for each location.
