Provide courteous, friendly and prompt Beverage service. Keep the bars and/or self-service station cleaned and stocked at all times. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists Clean the bar area, including mats, floors, sinks, drains, and other bar appliances Change the soda bibs and stock all beverage supplies in the designated area Receive and restocks all supplies delivered from main warehouse Manually push cart loaded with beer, liquor and supplies to the various bars as needed during shift Maintain adequate inventory of product and supplies at assigned areas Keep areas clean, sanitary, and free of debris Remove trash, empty boxes and soiled bar towels during shift Provide a safe work environment for employees and guests Keep bar area clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines Knowledgeable of casino promotions and events in order to provide answers to customer questions Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED preferred Six months customer service experience preferred CARE certified Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills: Excellent interpersonal skills Willing to learn and be adaptable Attention to detail/observant Documented teamwork behaviors and attitudes Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene Knowledge of beverage operations PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously Must be able to lift 50 pounds and manually push 300 pounds Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds Must be able to be on feet for 8 hour shift Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp items Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including second hand smoke Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Develop, establish, implement, and enforce proper and timely use of waste sheets and labor proforma. Control cash, credit, and other receipts by following company cash handling/reconciliation procedures. Assist in developing plan to meet or surpass expectations set by P&L projections with an eye toward maximizing efficiency and productivity and holding department managers accountable to budgets.
